This is a comfortable family home with full use of a spacious modern kitchen, shared living areas, two bathrooms, plenty of storage, a large garden with a summer hot tub, and off-road parking available.

You'll be sharing with a friendly, easy-going mum and her adult son. I work from home most of the time, and we also have Luna, our very timid little cat - you'll probably see considerably less of her than you do of us!

We're a sociable household and always happy to have a chat or a laugh, while equally respecting everyone's privacy and independence. We want whoever moves in to feel at home and comfortable using the whole house rather than feeling confined to their bedroom.

Meals aren't included, but I'm a keen cook who has a habit of making too much, so don't be surprised if you're occasionally invited to join us for dinner! There's absolutely no obligation - it's simply the kind of household we are.

We're looking for someone friendly, respectful and reasonably tidy who'll be comfortable sharing our home. As finding the right person is important to us, we'll ask for one work reference and one personal reference.
