I have a fabulous room to offer,
currently furnished with a futon bed & poang chair, though you are welcome to furnish yourselves . with its own access door, secure off-street parking & bicycle store. WiFi. Use of kitchen, & bathroom with over bath shower ( shared with 1 other).
The room I have to offer is huge 15'square , with a log burner. Suitable for use as bedsit room with space for sofa , bed & other furniture . Bright & airy with 2 windows. There is a separate entrance room that could contain kitchenette facilities if required . Bills included ( electric & oil heating log burner fuel in winter is additional if required) This is a well appointed family home, with a child of 10 & 2 large dogs . I'm looking for a long term lodger , preferably female. This is a happy family home & a wonderful place to explore if you're an outdoors type with numerous cycle paths & woodland walks. Close to commuter links. Within walking there are local shops & pubs within Edwinstowe & supermarkets too. Also bus links to Mansfield & Nottingham within minutes walk. Must be non smoker/vapour.
