I have a fabulous bright and airy currently UNFURNISHED large double bedroom available in my large family home set against private woodland & fields.

* PLEASE NOTE the photos show furnished from previous lodger but the room is currently being offered UNFURNISHED. However it can be re-furnished with the basics if required*

The room is huge & spacious (15foot square) with neutral decoration offering flexible accommodation, with plenty of room for bedroom furniture & a desk/easy chair. Sole use of an ensuite with shower, toilet & sink, with far reaching countryside views away from road noise.

The room has its own staircase & is separate to the rest of the bedroom accommodation ( with curtain across the landing) so is nice & private . You have shared use of an entrance porch with a fridge freezer provided for your use . You'll also have shared use of a sitting room with log burner. I use it occasionally for sewing in the daytime but its available exclusively for your own evening relaxation.
There's a large shared kitchen & shared dining room. You'll have use of a washing machine. Secure gated drive parking for one vehicle & use of large garden.

The house is a large spacious period detatched home in a beautiful peaceful semi-rural location down a private lane but within walking distance of excellent village amenities; Post office, Co-op, chemist, libary , Doctors & several pubs & takeaways. Excellent commuter links in all directions & by bus to Mansfield Nottingham & Worksop..

There are stunning local walks around Sherwood Forest & mountainbiking on the doorstep in Sherwood Pines.

You'll be sharing my home with 2 Shepherds so you must be comfortable around large dogs.

MUST be a non smoker/vapour and in full time work. Sorry no applications will be considered from those in receipt of benefits (UC or Jobseekers).
