The cottage is 5 miles from the centre of Newark, 6miles from the A1 junction north/south, on the edge of the new A46 and 30 mins from the centre of Nottingham.
We are a professional couple who have been renting out these room for the past 3 years and enjoyed sharing the house with interesting people.
We have a large garden, adiquate parking and the village has a good pub.
