There is driveway parking available and also plenty of on street parking. There is also a washing machine/ tumble dryer in the kitchen. The flat has two bathrooms the main one being shown in the photos.
The flat is situated in a quiet residential area next to the Grantham canal. There are reliable bus routes into the city and it is only a short 15 minute walk to The Avenue in West Bridgford. Morrison’s supermarket is also a 10 minute walk away.
Rent will include all bills: water, gas/electric, council tax, broadband, ground rent and building service charges. The contract will be six months initially and then rolling monthly thereafter.
