The room is available from March and rent payment is due on the 2nd of each month. You must be a young professional (not a student) as that’s what my landlord requires. You will enrol to a monthly rolling contract. The flat is modern & homely.

You will need to pay a deposit of £518 to secure the room and your first months rent will be due the day you move in which is £625.

Bills are included in the rent as I have this all set up already, the average is around £167.50 a month (covering council tax band C, gas, electricity, water and WiFi).

I work full-time as a property manager and I’m very sociable and outgoing. I really value spending time with friends and family, whether that’s a chilled night in with a film or going out for the day to explore somewhere new.

I love being active and getting outdoors especially hikes and day trips, but I’m just as happy heading to the pub for a drink or trying out new food spots. I’m a big foodie and love cooking, so I’m often experimenting in the kitchen and would love to share meals with a housemate.
