Shared facilities for kitchen and bathroom
Access to lounge with log burner
Room to store pushbike or motorbike in outhouse
House has washing machine tumble dryer fridge , freezer plus spare fridge in outhouse .

I want to share my house with someone who is friendly , tidy , considerate and clean . .
Very close to bus route to city centre (number 44/45) and 5 miles to West Bridgford.
Off road parking for one car . It’s a min of 2 months rent - no max .
anything else please just ask.
Ps occasionally I look after my dog but he mainly stays with my partner
