Two Double Rooms - Between Gedling and Mapperley

Hey, My name is Jake and I have 2 double rooms available. I work as an engineering contractor and will be away Mon-Fri with the occasional weekend stop over so the property will basically be vacant.

A cleaner and gardener will visit the property every two weeks.

All bills included. The property comprises of three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, garage, private south facing garden and two out buildings for extra storage. There is ample parking available on the driveway.

Rooms will be available at the end of October with your option of furnished or unfurnished.
