Double Room To Rent in Gedling Mapperley

I have a lovely spare room to rent in my modern, compact house on a close on the Gedling, Mapperley border.

The house has two bedrooms so it would be a lodger to rent my spare room in my house, a lovely kitchen and bathroom and open plan living/ dining area. The spare room I am renting is the larger of the rooms - room pic to follow as I'm decorating it. There is a double bed and other furniture including a desk in there at present which I'm happy for the new housemate to use, however I'm also happy if they would prefer their own.

The house has a lovely garden and there is parking space on the close.

The rent includes gas, electric, water, council tax and TV licence. I have a sky package which I would be happy for you to use in the living room.

I am a friendly, caring and outgoing professional who works as a HR Manager and Bartender in the City Centre. I enjoy nights in, films, a good box set, cooking, dancing and generally my house is my break from a very busy jobs. I would be looking for a similar housemate who is also a professional, however I would want to rent to someone who is kind and relaxed and someone who I can get on well with and someone who is clean who will look after and respect the house.

The house is in an ideal location with the bus to the City Centre directly opposite the close. There is a Co-op 5 minutes walk away on Westdale Lane and Mapperley top is within walking distance and has good pubs and amenities should you prefer not to go into town.

I am looking for someone to move in on 1st April or later.
