Large double room (4.2 m x 2.2 m) (14 ft x 7 ft). Double bed with drawers.

Shared areas:
Bathroom with shower and bath.
Living room with TV, Skyplus broadband and WiFi.
Kitchen includes gas oven and hobs, microwave and George Forman grill.

The area that I live in is nice, close to local amenities and bus routes with regular busses into Nottingham City Centre, with a beautiful nature reserve at the end of the road. The area is quiet and you can walk to a local Sainsburys within a few minutes and a local pub and eatery too.

My previous lodger left after many years to be closer to his new work and has become a good friend. I am therefore looking for a new lodger. It would be nice to have someone that could become a potential friend as well.

Definitely worth a chat and a look for sure. Could also look at a couple as well for the one room perhaps but would have to revise prices
