The existing flatmates are a tidy and quiet mature lady and a professional man. The bathroom, with bath and shower, is on the first floor and shared. On the ground floor, there is a living-room, a dining-room and a sunny kitchen(washing machine, freezer, fridge) with a breakfast bar and a conservatory. There is a long front garden and a small sunny garden at the back with a table and chairs to eat outside. The neighbours are helpful and friendly. The house is welcoming and has a wonderful feel. Southwell, with all its shops, is within walking distance. The Mansfield-Newark bus is on the main road, one minute from the house. It is possible to park on the road, outside the house.
Both existing flatmates are happy to share a house and are used to do so. This is an ideal house for mature students and professionals. The rent includes all utilities, council tax and wireless broadband. It also includes a gardener. Included also is the land line with free calls to a land line anywhere in the UK up to one hour for each call. It doesn't include calls to a mobile phone or calls abroad.
