I have a well-kept three-bedroom house in a cul-de-sac with off-street parking in a very quiet estate.

The bus stops going to and from the city Centre are a 2mins walk from the front door, tram stop into the city 10mins walk. Tesco's is also a 10mins walk and right next to Top Valley Golf course.

I'm a 'Senior Digital Marketing Executive' with an agency in the city centre and WFH four days per week while going into the office once per week.

I have a spare room available to rent. for the right applicant as my 17yr old daughter stops with me at least twice per week on average throughout each month.

The property has a large secluded garden to the rear which is great in the summer months.
