Quirky and well loved home

I am travelling to Thailand for work as of August the 14th and I am looking for a lodger to rent a room. The whole house will be empty and all yours until November time. I’ll either be going back out travelling from January 2025 or staying. The 1st option is the more likely.

This house is a lovely quirky home that has a lot of sentimental value.

Although it is old fashioned it is very well looked after and a really nice and peaceful place to live.

The garden gets the sun more or less all day and has a pond, a huge hand made shed / outhouse and on street parking.

It is situated 5 minute walk from the train and tramp stop as well as the bus station and bulwell centre.
