Double room available in a gorgeous cosy cottage 5 minutes from the city hospital. It's a creative house with a lovely garden, there is generally something cooking and the vibes are friendly. You'll have your own bathroom unless there are guests staying, when it would become a shared bathroom. The bedroom is furnished but painting, pictures and moving things around etc is fine. House comes with a gorgeous ginger cat with piano playing, film watching and book reading encouraged, everything else is up for discussion. Smoking is fine, outside.
