The available room is south facing, has oak sprung, double bed, triple wardrobe (hanging space and shelves) computer desk and chair - you provide your own linen, personal insurance and groceries. Household bills are included in your rent. The two large bedrooms on this middle floor are divided by a shared modern bathroom ie bathroom is shared with one other clean and tidy tenant.
Ground floor shared by all 3 tenants - Cloaks/WC, Kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, condenser tumble drier, large fridge/freezer) and lounge/diner with large tv & 2 Large sofas, solid oak coffee table and sideboard. Small south facing grassed garden for bbq's etc.
Bills incl - gas and electric, water, council tax, virgin broadband, tv licence.
The present tenants have both been in the house for over a year. They are both quiet and lead their own busy lives however they are friendly and occasionally meet in the lounge to watch a game of football esp if a local team is playing!
We are looking for a professional, who is clean and tidy and will respect the lovely condition of our home and fit in with the other tenants who live there.
Parking available for one car on the driveway, in front of the garage. Small amount of storage room available in the garage for a bike etc.
The new tenant is expected to share the cleaning of communal areas/putting out bins/mowing the grass etc.
References required. £600 deposit required (deposited is lodged with DPS). Minimum stay 3 months.
