Hi, I am the current tenant of this room. I am leaving as I’m moving closer to the city, otherwise I would stay!
This room is modernly decorated with two roomy bedside tables, a triple door dresser and a smart HDTV tv, complete with apps such as Netflix and YouTube. There is also additional storage included in the bed frame. I have added my own desk and chair to the room, which can be kept by the next tenant (free of charge) or will be dismantled before I leave.

It is located on the first floor where there is a spacious kitchen and a bathroom which you will only share with one other person. The current tenants are a mixture of professionals and students - so anyone is welcome!
