Double bedroom available in cosy home

The room is a double, newly decorated and carpeted with new mattress. It’s to the front of my two bed home on a quiet new build estate. I have a young dog, who loves everyone, a large back garden and two parking spaces at the front. There’s a bathroom next to the bedroom, which is all new with a shower over the bath. There is a toilet downstairs, a study desk, and full equipped kitchen. Transport links into Nottingham are great, with two tram stops nearby and a bus stop. I work shifts sometimes, so the room might suit a student for term time who wants a secure home with a trustworthy friendly person or another professional too or someone who works night shifts.
