Double room own bathroom detached quiet house.

This is a great sized house that is only a few years old, in a new estate in Hucknall.

Good sized double room and bed with drawers, we can arrange more storage if needed.

Access to private ish bathroom with bath (I have an ensuite). I do sometimes use the bath .

Large lounge area and great sized kitchen and utility.

Only I live here so not a busy HMO-type house. I work out most days and am often at the gym or out and about.

Please note there is an indoor cat here. She’s awesome, with a bit of attitude, but very clean and sassy
