Looking for a kind, calm and reliable female lodger to join our little happy household.
I'm a single mum returning to education and I'm looking for someone who genuinely loves children to help me juggle it all in exchange for a lovely room at a discounted rent with bills included.

What I'm Looking For
In return for the reduced rent, I'm hoping for a bit of help supporting my 4 year old daughter:
- School pick-up at 3pm and looking after her until I'm home from work/college in the evening
- Taking her to martial arts classes on Tuesday evenings
- Taking her to swimming lessons on Friday evenings
All there activities are within a 10min walking radius from the house

I'm looking for someone that is patient, warm and reliable. Someone who genuinely enjoys children's company and can bring a calm, steady presence to our home. This would suit someone who has availability from 3pm onwards and looking for a low-cost place to live in.

Please Note!!
As this role involves caring for my daughter, you will need to go through a short interview and complete a DBS check before moving in.
This is simply to make sure we are the right fit for each other and that my daughter is safe and comfortable.
