Double room Hucknall - Jan 2027

I'm renting out the spare bedroom in my home in Hucknall starting January 2027. Pictures to be updated as the room is prepared.

Weekday and full week lodgers considered!

The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Hucknall. It has a kitchen, a living room/diner, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower. Council tax band A.

It is also just round the corner from the Co-operative, and a short walk/drive from Hucknall tram stop and Tesco, as well as Hucknall town centre.

The available room is south facing with 2 windows that have fitted blinds. There are also 2 wardrobe/cupboards built into the structure which provide plenty of storage space.

The home is equipped with a high performance broadband package through Sky, hitting speeds of 500+Mbps over Wi-Fi, and 800mbps+ over ethernet, even during peak times.

The kitchen is small, but fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave oven, air fryer, countertop dishwasher, and a washer dryer.

The living room/diner has a comfortable corner couch, a TV, a simple surround sound system, and a large table with a wrap around bench that doubles as a place to eat, and a possible office for WFH/study.

The garden is sizeable, with a small patio by the back door and a large deck in the corner. (I'm attempting to revive the garden after it was left intended by the previous tenant.) Green thumbs welcome!

I work for Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, working hours 9am to 4:30pm. I enjoy cooking, baking, playing games with my friends, painting Warhammer minis and watching movies. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home, with many of my friends belonging to the community.
