Double Room to Rent Available 1St July

Have a double room to rent close to hucknall town centre. The room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and drawers, tv with sky and broadband. also have a hot tub for the summer in the garden.
10 minutes walk to the tram and train station, 2 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minutes from motorway. Have on street parking. I live in house so looking for someone to move in that is easy to get on with. If you require any more info feel free to ask. would also accept weekly payments if that is easier. do t mind smokers as long as you smoke outside
