We are looking for a new lodger to rent the downstairs area of our three storey home. You will have your own lounge, kitchenette and en-suite shower room in a new build property. The house is decorated to a high standard and complete with high speed. We are less than a ten minute walk to the tram and train station.

All bills included and no additional costs above the rent. We will consider Monday to Friday rental and negotiate a reduced rate for this. You will be expected to make sure we all follow some basic Covid-19 awareness rules to make sure if you share our home with us we are all safe
