Luxury double room

Room available now :). The house and furnishings are brand new, your room includes a double bed with memory foam mattress, built in wardrobes + chest of drawers, and 2 bedside tables. I have my ensuite so you will have the top bathroom to yourself, which includes toilet, bath and shower. Downstairs there is a beautiful kitchen/living room area with all cutlery/plates/glasses/cookwar e already provided for, also including; dishwasher, and washing machine.

The house itself is a 3 bed but you will only be sharing with me so there is plenty of space, it has Virgin broadband and TV, PS4, a parking space on the driveway, plenty of storage, and a lovely garden perfect for barbecues in the summer! The price includes all bills. Situated in Hucknall its a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and a 20minute drive into nottingham city centre as well as being a short walk into the countryside.

As for me Im 25 and work nearby, I love my sport so you may have to suffer the monotony of a football chat mainly consisting of my football team (Liverpool) conspiring to ruin my life. When Im not whining about football Im always game for going to the pub, going to the gym, or equally happy chilling out on the sofa. Im looking for someone clean (!), chilled out, and someone looking for a home to stay in rather than just a room.
