Cosy Double room for rental

We are a proffesional couple. We live in a new build property (rochester build style) in hucknall on a popular estate. The house is a town house split over three floor. There is offsteet parking and a garage. The garden is to the rear of the house.

We are looking to rent the double top floor bedroom. The bathroom on this floor is shared with ourselves. The main living room space (used by ourselves) is on the middle floor, however their is also a seperate living space next to the kitchen for your use. downstairs reception/living space. We are 10minutes walk from the hucknall tram stop the links across nottingham and a 20minute drive to the motorway. 20minutes drive to nottingham centre.

The room would suit someone who does not mind sharing our bathroom, we are a quiet household as all proffesionals, so will suit someone similar. We also have two dogs so someone familiar with living with dogs would be ideal.
