Professional post graduate shared housing

There are two newly furnished double rooms available for rent in an 5 bedroom house currently owned by my partner (Male, 25) and I (Female, 24). In this property, there is an open plan kitchen, living room, garden and home gym. There are three bathrooms, the main bathroom and downstairs shower room will only be for those renting. My partner and I share the master bedroom with an en-suite at the far end of the house.

A bit about ourselves, we are laid back and sociable. In terms of jobs, both my partner and I work full time and are also pursuing postgraduate qualifications, so are quite busy during the day. My partner frequently travels for work for days at a time.

What we are seeking, we have no preferences other than that you are respectful and help to maintain a clean and nice home environment.

An ideal location for working professionals or post graduate students based in NG12. Keyworth has a high street with local shops, restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. For those with a car, Nottingham city centre, Loughborough, and QMC Hospital are approx 25 minute drive from the house. There is also a bus that takes directly to Nottingham city centre via the train station which comes every 15 minutes.
