Negotiable length let in Keyworth.

I have available a double downstairs room (with a single bed ) incl. a small en suite (shower cubicle, toilet and sink), in a large house. The room is bright and pleasant with lots of natural light. The room leads out on to the decking and garden through patio doors. You could use this as a private entrance if wanted. It is also suitable for someone who cannot manage stairs.

I am looking for short term lets (i. e. visitors to Keyworth, people over for work etc. It is a 5 minute walk to BGS); or mon-friday let's. I have two dogs and a cat so must be definitely o. k. with that, both very quiet and friendly. Smokers acceptable but must smoke outside. The room is adjacent to the kitchen. Wifi included. Close to local bus route into Nottingham City centre/ West Bridgford (every 15 mins). I tend to be up early sorting dogs so light sleeper would benefit from a double room upstairs with exclusive use of adjacent bathroom. This to is good size and bright.
Local amenities including 4food shops,2 butchers, florist, post office, travel agencies, diy, churches ,Baptist, methodist, c of e, boutique and gifts, pubs, takeaways, restaurants, swimming pool, leisure centre, gym. Multiple hairdressers, beauty salon and barbers. Dentists and GP surgery. With all this you are also just a few minutes walk to open fields and countryside walking.

Parking available on large private drive. Space for bicycle or motorbike etc in secure garage. Quiet residential area, please respect this i. e. not much noise after 10pm.
I am friendly but do like my own space evening time to watch a bit of TV.
Sometimes can accept 7 day weeks.
