Luxury DOUBLE room in luxury house

Hello

We have a lovely, big Victorian house in Kimberley, Nottingham. There is a double room available to rent, two double wardrobes, chest of drawers, a king size bed, two bedside tables and a desk.

You will also have use of the rest of the house - a good sized bathroom, dining room and large kitchen. Outside we have a long garden with a BBQ area at the top - great for summer!

The current occupants are Royal (39) Vicky (45) and Nickolay (35) Also we have one blind cat who is extremely friendly.

There is on road parking available..

We are looking for someone who isn't ridiculously messy, is nice to be around and can socialise from time to time.

The things I LOVE about our house are:
The walls are super thick so you barely hear other people!
The garden is lovely
It's really close to local amenities and the motorway, without it being noisy
It's a "home" - and we want whoever is living there to feel like it's their home and not just a room they rent
Everyone gets on with long term renters because they love the vibe!.

Regarding bills - all bills are included in the rent. There is fibre optic broadband in the house plus we su.
