I have a light and spacious medium to double sized room available to rent, immediately. The room is in a house in Giltbrook, NG16.

The room has very good views of the surrounding area and is in a quiet and friendly location. The room is clean and fully furnished with desk for laptop, wireless connection, parking on the drive, washer, all kitchen utensils can be used, if required. All utility bills are included, except Community Charge, which may require an extra charge, depending on your circumstances. .

Accommodation is very close to Kimberley/Eastwood local shops and supermarkets. 5 minutes to Giltbrook Ikea Retail Park with Marks & Spencer's, TK Max, Next, Decathlon and various other retailers.

Excellent bus service which operates a regular 10 minute service during the day and every 30 minutes in the evening. The trams can be accessed from Phoenix park, just over 3 miles away, off the A610 and run to and from Nottingham city centre and train station, Beeston, Clifton. Wilford and surrounding areas.

Local shops, bars, gyms, etc all around 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Five minutes from MI J26, A610, A38.
