Double room in a wholesome and loved home

I am a single professional who lives with my rescue dog Filbert. So you must like dogs as he’s the king of the house. I am a lovely soul with great humour who is a flight attendant and artist. I am very warm and open and would love to invite someone with the similar interests to share my space. Or even just a lovely soul who is warm and friendly to be around.

I am away some of the time so you would have a the house to yourself at times. Most weeks I am away for a few days.

I love music and often listen to music whilst I make art. My lifestyle isn’t a 9-5 one. But I am a peaceful soul who’s respectful of others . I am spiritual and like to have my practice but also love being a real human being as well hehe. Sometimes I like to just binge a Netflix series . Ideally I’d like a friend not just a housemate ❤️🌹❤️
I am a sound healer so at times I may play my singing bowls: if you like self care and healing you’ll love it haha. I’m very into wellness and taking care of myself and try and live as well as I can.
I do get myself out and about when I’m not at work. I like to go walking, go to gigs and events and etc.

The house has a front room which I don’t use, so could potentially be a work space or second living room, for yourself to perhaps have your own living room, it currently has a dining table in it. The house has a main living room which I use a lot, I often sit and relax in this space, I don’t have a tv plugged in as my preference is music, but I don’t mind if you watch tv . I always just use my iPad to watch series ❤️, large bathroom with a bath and shower, large kitchen and a large garden. Both of my neighbours are lovely also. I am very fond of plants and every room has plants🪴 will add more and better pictures when I can 🌹

I would prefer a female as I’m a young single woman and I want to feel safe and comfortable in my home. It’s a space where I find a lot of peace. I am not opposed to a male but would have to be on the same wavelength and a lovely gentle soul.

I am not opposed to pets however my little dog Filbert is very much used to being the only dog in the house. He is a rescue dog he’s a lovely , humourous little being who really brings a lot of joy to this space. He is protective and wants to make sure the right person is here too.

I’m very well loved by my neighbours and have a good relationship with both sides.

There isn’t a driveway but on street parking.

30 min train to Central Nottingham.

A short walk to local supermarkets.

And easy access to the motorway.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and The house has been renovated and very much filled with love.

The spare room available has a double bed and a built in warderobe in 🌹
