I hope this message finds you well. I am thrilled to share that I have two beautiful bedrooms available for rent in my cozy home located in the heart of Kirkby Ashfield. As a dedicated physiotherapist, I spend most of my days out.

About the House:
The house is fully furnished, and you'll find everything you need for a delightful living experience. The common areas are spacious, and the kitchen is a hub of creativity and good food. Happy to share pots, pans, plates, etc.

The Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are inviting, with ample natural light and a tranquil atmosphere. Furnished with care, they offer a peaceful retreat after a busy day. You'll have your space to unwind and make it your own.

Location:
In the vibrant community of Kirkby Ashfield, the home is conveniently located near parks, cafes, and public transportation. Theres a bus stop right in front of the house.

About me:
As mentioned before, I am a physio and currently work full time. I tend to be out for most of the day and return late evenings. I usually spend my evening out and about going to the gym, walks or seeing family and friends locally.

About You:

Availability:
The rooms are available immediately, and I am open to short-term and long-term arrangements.
