Myself and my partner (f) have a room to rent in our house, in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. We have a 2 year old son also, so someone who likes children would be best. The room is downstairs and there is a downstairs WC. The shower and bath are both upstairs. The room comes partly furnished, there's already a double bed in there.
We also have a large garden and on street parking right outside the house (no permit needed)
We do have 2 cats, so if you come with a cat that's fine, however no dogs thank you :)
