Double room for rent

Hello I'm Nicola and I am looking for someone to share my house with.

2006 built 3 bed town house in quiet cul de sak.

I have owned house since new and have rented out for three years now however I have now decided to move back into the property myself.

The house will be re decorated throughout and cleaned to a high standard.

Fully furnished however If requested I am happy for you to furnish your room and bathroom yourself.

The room is a double room with own bathroom next door (bath but no shower) The house does have a shower in my en suite.

House has downstairs w/c, kitchen with fully fitted appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher, lounge and gardens to rear with shed included.

Off road parking.

Looking for clean and tidy person who is hard working and trustworthy.
