Hi!! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I will not be studying at university this year and my double room in a student house is available. I’m looking for someone to take my place ASAP as the contract has already begun.
- £145 a week, Bills included
- Double room, fully furnished, lots of storage space
- Dunkirk/Lenton area
- About a 10 minute walk from University Park Campus (South Entrance)
- House is next to a bus stop and near to tram stops also
- 6 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms (one on each floor)
- Currently 4 girls, 1 boy (all second year students)
- Room is located on the middle/first floor
- 50 week tenancy (ends 15th July 2025)
Everyone in the house is lovely and sociable. Love both nights out and nights in. Very respectful and easy to get along with.
