Very large double room to rent in a large family home. Situated in a quiet, small neighbourhood of only 3 houses just outside Long Bennington village next to an old farm. We are surround by open fields with fantastic views.
The village shops and pubs are approximately 1.5 miles away. There are bus routes to local towns, Newark and Grantham. The village is off an A1 junction so excellent links to the A1 and A46. The A52 is also close by.

The home is accessed via its own lane and private driveway with parking available.

The room has access to its own bathroom for tenants use only. This has separate bath and shower cubicle, toilet and basin.
We currently have no furniture in the room due to current tenant using their own. Potential to provide a bed, large table & TV stand.
The kitchen will be shared. There is a large fridge and all cooking implements available to use. There is a freezer and washing machine available too which are in the utility room. Additional storage available in the utility.
Broadband is available throughout the home.

About us; we are a young professional couple - Dan is a HGV driver, Laura is a project manager.
We are a sociable couple who both appreciate music, nice cars and car events. Laura competes in a car audio competition in the UK and Europe. We like to relax in the garden and enjoy a good film or TV series on Netflix. We also enjoy board and card games in an evening.
