Third floor to rent

Our housemate has moved out and we are looking for a new one ☺️ it’s a 3 bed house over 3 floors. The entire top floor is the renters, that’s the master bedroom and bathroom. It does have basic furniture a waredrobe, bed, bedside table, sofa bed and chest of drawers. We then share downstairs, open plan kitchen/ living area, small garden, downstairs toilet. I’ve attached some photos of the shared areas as well as the rental room 😊 there is also a private parking space for the renters car! *This is also bills included*

We have 2 cats and a dog, and keep to ourselves most of the time it depends on the person who rents ☺️ we are very easy going and happy to answer any questions etc! Let us know if this is of interest to you!
