Beautiful single bedroom

A newly decorated bedroom with blackout curtains, single bed with under bed draws. Large wardrobe and excellent facilities throughout the house which is detached and nicely decorated. Gardens front and rear which are well maintained. Within a 5 minute walk of my home is a pub, westpark leisure centre, Tesco, take aways and long eaton train station. I’m friendly, neat and tidy and looking for the same from a lodger.
