I live in a three bed house in Long Eaton and looking to rent out to large double rooms.

Both of these rooms are furnished and large rooms with TV’s. You can make the room however you want it to look. Happy to pay for paint if you’re desperate to change the colour.

All bills included.

I am a 26 year old professional who lives in the property but i work long hours.

Happy to socialise and go to pub etc if tenants are up for it. Equally i can quite easily keep myself to myself.

You can use the living room and kitchen whenever you want, they are usually empty anyway as noted im out a lot.

There is also a car parking space out front.
