Hi I'm looking at renting 1 of my bedrooms out to someone working preferably. You must like dogs as I have 2 labradors. I have a 3/4 bed in the bedroom with furniture, a decent size back garden. I live in a quiet close, but I do have the railway line at the bottom of the garden, which you get used to. The train station is a 10 minute walk away which takes you to Nottingham/ Derby. Also the bus stops are also a 10 minute walk away which take you from ema through to Nottingham.
