Flatshare in Long Eaton - Good Transport

Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace my former flatmate on his departure; The flat is newly renovated & I'm the first tenant since, the room is a good size and the flat is a 5 minute walk to Long Eaton train station.

I'm a young working professional in Nottingham city centre, I'm about as easy going as a flatmate can be, the only things I ask for is no smoking in the flat itself & rent to be paid on time.

The flat has a full kitchen & bathroom with shower; The rooms have separate access from the staircase. The flat has 1000mbps virgin media internet.

As far as room furnishings go, the room just has a bedframe & desk once the other flatmate is gone; its all a bit bare as I've only been here for 7 months and I've since had to buy a new car.

I'm asking for half of the rent & deposit and the bills split down the middle this works out at £400 a month, however during winter if the heating is on more this could cost an extra £20 - £30 a month.
