High quality house share near train station

I have a spare room available to rent in a 3 bed semi detached property. I have just moved in and would love a socialable female to enjoy some company. I am often in London so you would have the property to yourself quite a bit. I am very social love hosting dinner parties and going out. This isn't a party house however, I love this property and like keeping it looking nice. I would ideally be looking for a professional female who is equally social and easy to get on with. When I'm not in London I work from home 3 times a week. No deposit but 6 weeks rent in advance required.
