Large double room in a 3 bed detached house, in a very nice area. There is a very large wardrobe with lots of shelves and hanging space. There are matching bedside cupboards and a good size unit for putting a tv on and storing things. I have a good size garden front and rear of the property with a large double drive. There is a nice size living room, large dinning room and conservatory, all of which are there for use. There is a downstairs toilet and a cupboard for shoes. Within a few minutes walk from my home is Long Eaton train station, Tesco, George’s fish and chip shop, a Chinese takeaway, a doctors and B E Webb for storage. I am a friendly, neat, clean, tidy person and I’m looking for the same in a lodger.
