Small double room available. Off street parking. Rear patio and garden. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Off road parking.

I have had lodgers before at my previous property and had a good experience from it. So I'm looking for a professional person, well mannered and considerate of others, who keeps things tidy. The main advantage with the room I'm offering isn't specifically the room itself, but the fact you'll have the house to yourself a lot of the time! I travel a lot with my job and spend time at my partner's house, therefore I'm only really present at the house for a third of the month if that.

I'm an easygoing, sociable person, who is considerate towards others.

All Bills included. I don't currently have WiFI, but will be getting it soon, as happy to get it for any potential lodger who's keen to have it.
