Have one room available towards the end of the year. You will be replacing my friend who will be moving out and could be moving out between October-December. You will have an unfurnished double room. The main bathroom will be like an en-suite as I do not use it. Parking space available. Living room & kitchen is shared but will be yours to use freely! WiFi is up to spec so if you are a home worker it’s perfect.

Easy transport links to Notts & Derby via bus and train, is also close to the M1. There is a Asda, Tesco, Lidl and co-op close by.

I am a very social girl, but can also appreciate alone time as well! I am a Drum & Bass Dj so if you love that type of music I am the right housemate for you but if it’s not your thing do not worry as I do not use speakers. I love going out to raves and I also love a girls night in!
