I'm renting out my furnished double room in Long Eaton (in between Nottingham and Derby).
The house is less than 5 minutes to Junction 25 of the M1 and parking is available on the drive.
I enjoy the obvious: good friends, time with family (especially my 10 month old niece), eating out etc. I love to keep fit.
My ideal house mate will have similar interests to me, be clean, tidy and considerate and enjoy going out.
