Fully furnished double rooms available in comfortable house from mid August. Shared use of living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, sun room and garden. All linen, towels and crockery provided. Shed available for bike storage and car parking space if needed. Sole occupancy may be negotiable.

Initial contract for 6 months, then subject to renewal.

Location: The house is in a quiet street in Long Eaton, close to the canal and a short walk from West Park. The bus stop is 5 minutes on foot (indigo/Y5/skylink to Beeston, Derby, Nottingham, East Midlands Airport). The train station is on the main Sheffield to London line (Derby, Loughborough, Leicester) and has regular services to Beeston and Nottingham. The station can be reached in ten minutes by bike or car.
