I have a double room for rent in my three bedroom house in Long Eaton on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town centre, 2 minutes walk to the Green and asda/tesco.
Use of shared bathroom, lounge, dinning room, kitchen and outside yard. On street parking available outside address. Five minutes drive to the a52 and the M1 junction 25, a few minutes drive to Long Eaton train station.
Tastefully decorated, can be furnished or unfurnished, wifi and bills included.
I do not have any pets, I like to keep the house clean and tidy.
I require a young professional, make or female considered who is clean and tidy.
