Room to let in nice area, good bus links to town

Hi,

I have a room to rent, it's a double at the back of the house. There's a double bed settee in there, chest of draws and another stand of draws. There's also a TV and a coffee table.

There's a bathroom and good shower upstairs, stereo and TV with freeview and Kodi in the lounge.

The kitchen is all new, good cooker and fairly big fridge.

I may play loud music or my guitar now and again, but it's always good music, and I'm never ignorant with it, or playing it late.

There's internet and WiFi.

I also have two cats and two chickens.
