Looking for flat mate for home

My name is Jack, I'm a furniture designer, and I'm looking for a new roommate. Looking to fill a spare room I have in the property I rent.

The room is available to move into ASAP. I am a very easy-going person and there is more than enough space in the house to not be tripping over each other.

The room is a blank canvas at the moment and you will be free to decorate as you like, so long as the room is set back at the end of your tenancy.

If a couple is looking to rent the property there will be a slight adjustment on the rent but please do enquire!

To give a little information on the house.

-it is a fully detached house. gardens at the front and back
-it has a greenhouse attached to the side of the house and a walk-through on the other side.
-A shallow double garage
-good sized living room
-Dining room
-Conservatory
-good sized kitchen
-Downstairs bathroom
-2 good sized bedrooms
-An office space upstairs
-Really nice bathroom upstairs

The bedroom is currently furnished with just a bed frame hence why it is advertised as unfurnished.
