This is a private resident with 2 spare rooms for let. Lodgers will be sharing the communal areas with the live-in landlord and they are expected to maintain the living space regularly. The household is most suitable for working female professionals who are looking for peaceful, quiet, homey and private living space. As such, no frequent visitors, parties, and pets are allowed.
Not suitable for couples.

**LODGER REQUIREMENTS:
Looking for considerate, respectful, and easy-going lodger who can keep our living space well-maintained. Female working professional preferred.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, this 3-beds property consists of 1 bathroom with an additional toilet downstairs, fully equipped kitchen, and a well furnished living room.

The spacious double room consists of a king sized bed with drawers, a built-in wardrobe, and a bedside desk. You can put your own furnitures (e. g., small desk and chair) should you need to.

The single room consists of a large single bed with drawers, a clothing rack and a bedside table. Additional shared facilities in the living room, including a large desk and shelves, are all available for your use.

All bills included in rent, covering council tax, utilities (gas, electricity, water), and Wifi.

Parking space available.
Public transport within walk-able distance, with local grocery store and fast-food restaurants just round the corner. Nearest railway connection accessible from Mansfield Station.
