Friday to Monday 3 nights = £200
Monday to Sunday = £350
30 days = £1200

£50 deposit for M-F or F-M
£100 deposit for M-S
£200 deposit for 30 day bookings.

Payment for stay must be paid in full before arrival.

Deposit originally paid will be used as a bond in case of damage/breakages but will be refunded at end of let.

Professional working person only. No working from home.
No smoker or vaper.

No visitors (unless by prior agreement).

2 minute walk to Nottingham Road (frequent buses to Nottingham and Mansfield).
Various pubs, shops and takeaways within walking distance.

The annex is below our family home (the floors are solid and sound proofed) and has had a full, no expense spared refurbishment over the past few months.
